Meet Our Founders

Our names are Paul & Hallie Avolio and we are so glad you landed here.

Turns out, we are both serial entrepreneurs. We grew up in a time where we could make money selling our books and Garbage Pail Kids trading cards around the neighborhood and we could start a dog-washing business in our backyard.

Figuring out our customers’ needs and positioning our products and services in a way no one could turn down is our passion.
Add that entrepreneurial spirit along with 50 years (combined) experience in IT support, marketing, sales and social media plus a major life move to the Catskills from Santa Barbara, CA – and Catskills Digital was born.

We started this business because we saw the same pattern again and again: brilliant small business owners struggling with tech and visibility—not because they aren’t capable, but because they don’t have the right support.

Our goal is simple:
to be a trusted, reliable digital partner for local businesses who want to grow without burning out.
